Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • Freight or Large Item Delivery: 7–15 business days

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Zaventrax will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund once the claim is verified.

International Shipping

Currently, Zaventrax ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Updates regarding global delivery options will be posted here when available.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Zaventrax is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.
